Seminar Leader: Tomás Ramírez
Tomás Ramírez, is the main facilitator of the Learning Design Lab
& Seminar. Tomás is the Director of Enterprise Learning
Architecture at Honeywell International, leading the group that sets
strategy and oversees the implementation and adoption of enterprise
learning technologies.
Tomás has worked in Learning & Development functions for over 15
years, including his current role at Honeywell and several roles at
Bristol-Myers Squibb, leading enterprise learning technologies and
supporting e-Learning initiatives for Sales and Clinical functions.
Tomás has also worked as an Assistant Professor at La Salle University,
where he taught Educational Technology, Web Design, Geography and
Computer Science. He holds a M.A. in Adult Education and a B.A. in
Geography.
Tomás has a passion for systematic and creative approaches to Learning
Design. He has served as a major presenter at MASIE Center events and
served as a lead on various Learning CONSORTIUM initiatives, including
Learning Standards and Content Projects. Tomás lives in New Jersey
with his wife and two children.

involvement. Over the past thirty years, he has presented programs,
courses and speeches to over 1,600,000 professionals around the world.
He lives in Saratoga Springs, owns thoroughbred horses, and travels
extensively each year.
